Eoin Kreditor is a partner of Friedman, Stroffe & Gerard. He
was born in Dublin, Ireland. In 1987, he earned his Bachelor
of Arts Degree (cum laude) in International Relations
and Philosophy from University of Southern California and his Juris
Doctor Degree from University of Southern California Law School
in 1990.
Mr. Kreditor’s primary areas of practice are real
estate and business litigation. He represents a variety of
clients in the manufacturing, housing, financing and other industries. He
has litigated disputes pending in Federal and State Courts throughout
California and other parts of the United States.
Mr. Kreditor is a
member of the State Bar of California and Orange County Bar Association,
and serves as a Judge Pro Tem. He
is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, Federal
District Courts in California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr.
Kreditor is involved in a number of civic activities, including
serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Constitutional
Rights Foundation of Orange County (executive committee 2000 to the
present) and volunteering his time as an attorney advisor in Orange
County’s Peer Court Program.
