Jeanine A. Scalero is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group.  She is experienced in both employment litigation and employment transactional matters.

Jeanine’s employment law experience includes counseling employers in all aspects of fair employment practices, including hiring and firing, employee discipline, wage and hour law, workplace privacy, internal investigations, leaves of absence, as well as defending employment-related claims such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, unfair competition, defamation, and wage and hour class actions.  Jeanine has experience handling cases in both state and federal courts, and in mediations and arbitrations.

Jeanine received her B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton in 1991, and her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in 1999, where she graduated Cum Laude.  Jeanine was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship in 1996-1999, and was Articles Editor of the Chapman University Law Review from 1998-1999. She interned at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in 1997 and the Orange County Counsel’s Office in 1998. 

Jeanine is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice in a number of federal courts.
