Christa D. Perez is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Corporate and Business Practice Group specializing in general business, licensing and corporate law.

Christa has extensive experience working with the apparel industry, and handles the formation of new business entities, including corporations and limited liability companies, the acquisition and sale of businesses, licensing, distribution, independent sales representative and employment agreements, shareholder agreements, as well as other general corporate matters. Christa also has experience in the area of commercial law, including documenting secured loan transactions, factoring and asset based lending arrangements, as well as perfecting and enforcing security interests.

Prior to joining the Firm, Christa was an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, where she was a member of the Apparel Industries Practice Group.

Christa is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received a B.A. in Political Science in 1992. She went on to earn her J.D. in 1995 from Southwestern University School of Law. Christa is a member of the California Young Lawyers Association, Financial Lawyers Conference, as well as the Business and Commercial Law Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Ms. Perez is also involved with the Textile Professionals Club and the Apparel Industry Group of the City of Hope.
