Our litigation clients, both individuals and business entities, avail themselves of our broad range of experience for all types of litigation. We represent clients in federal, state and local government administrative agency regulatory and enforcement proceedings and in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Our Business Litigation Practice Group has significant experience representing clients in corporate, business, bankruptcy, insurance, employment/labor, commercial, construction, trade secrets, trademark and copyright infringement litigation.

We pride ourselves not only in our effectiveness as advocates in resolving disputes, but in counseling our clients in litigation avoidance and risk management techniques. Our Business Litigation Practice Group is diverse and talented enough to represent the smallest to largest client. With our sophistication and experience we have achieved success in many cases against larger and more expensive law firms.

We recognize the need for timely and efficient case evaluation, as well as the economics of case resolution through early settlement. Our business litigation lawyers operate on a simple three-part philosophy:

  • Avoid disputes that can be resolved through early action.
  • Settle disputes that cannot be avoided, but for which a business resolution can be found.
  • Win those cases that cannot be avoided or settled.

We realize the need to curtail legal expenses and try to achieve the desired result as soon and as efficiently as possible. We regard every case and every client as important and attempt to make the stressful litigation process as easy as possible.

Our Appellate Attorneys appear before Administrative Appeal Boards, State Appellate Courts, the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeal, and Bankruptcy Appellate Courts, to prosecute and defend appeals on behalf of our clients.
