clients in almost every industry, including apparel, computer, real
estate, restaurants as well as wholesale and retail distribution,
just to name a few. It has experience and expertise in broad and
diverse issues, enabling its attorneys to counsel and assist businesses
of all sizes and types from start-up to maturity. We pride ourselves
on providing personal and relevant service and developing long term
relationships with the clients we represent. We have had experience
in varied sophisticated business transactions and economic relationships.
While many of our clients are located and do business in Orange
County, California, we represent clients nationally and internationally
as well.
The firm has established an impressive track record and has developed
a strong reputation with local and international business communities,
accountants and financial institutions from which we enjoy numerous
referrals. Our size and structure allows us to avoid bureaucratic
protocols and to customize our representation to suit the specific
individual and financial requirements of the client.
We are sensitive to the unique needs of business start-ups and emerging
growth companies. We advise companies on issues including the drafting
of organizational documents, early-stage capitalization, planning
and merger and acquisition transactions.
We pride ourselves on our ability to deal quickly and efficiently,
on a cost-effective basis, with all types of business issues. Resources
of all our attorneys are available to address clients' specific
needs. For example, although members of the Corporate and Business
Department regularly advise clients regarding transactional matters
from a business perspective (including litigation avoidance), we
utilize the experience and resources of our Taxation Group to consult
on or assume responsibility for specific matters whenever needed.
Our attorneys have extensive experience in assisting and advising
